Common Roots Housing Trust is a community-based organization that will create permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for families earning between $28,000 and $65,000 per year. Find out about Common Roots’ plans to develop homes and if a Common Roots home mights be right for you. A banner Bank representative will share information about down payment and mortgage assistance programs and how you can get ready to buy a home.
